Navtimes Team Building Activities

In mid October 2023, Navtimes successfully held a unique team building event, allowing friends to gather together amidst busy work schedules, balance work and rest, relax, and enjoy beautiful moments. The theme of this team building activity is "Meeting in Qingzhou, Concentrating, Riding the Wind and Breaking the Waves, Creating Brilliance with Intelligence", aiming to enhance team cohesion and promote interaction and communication among employees.

Work with all your might, life cannot be let down. On October 13th, the labor union of Beijing Navtimes Technology Co.,LTD. organized employees to go to the millennium ancient city of Qingzhou, where they gathered with about 80 partners from Navtimes Qingzhou Branch, Naiwei Aerospace, and Qingzhou Ruida.

Breaking the ice and setting sail

After familiarizing oneself with the venue, the activity enters the first stage - breaking the ice and setting sail. Under the organization of the team building coach, all personnel were divided into several teams and received team vests with different colors and identification, and each team captain was elected. Each team quickly formed several teams with a common sense of mission through a series of tasks such as naming the team, drawing the team flag, and formulating slogans, creating a lively and enthusiastic atmosphere and achieving the original intention of ice breaking integration.

Wonderful Cup Dance

For children's shoes who are new to it, building a cup dance troupe is still quite difficult. Through learning the simple and easy to learn commands of "pat right, pat left, pat right, pat hold", everyone quickly enters cup dance, using the cups in their hands to beat the rhythm of the song. Through collective cooperation, a very beautiful team movement is played.

The Charm of Nazca's Giant Paintings

Have you heard of the Nazca Giant Painting? "" This is an activity project that involves group collaboration, using pigments, canvases, and other props to independently complete a portion of the artwork and create a giant painting together. It tests team cohesion and the ability of members to collaborate and cooperate.

The activity begins, and each group receives materials and corresponding tasks to collaboratively complete the drawing of the giant painting. In the process of drawing, the members divided their work and cooperated, fully coordinated, and used elements such as paint and canvas to outline the shape line by line, brushing colors horizontally and vertically, and completing the pattern of the responsible part, achieving from scratch, from prototype to heavy color. Every focused gaze, every pattern drawn, every heartwarming communication, all members of the team use their original intentions to build a blueprint for a "win-win future", painting their thoughts and ideas with colorful colors, and expressing their expectations for the future with burning sincerity.

A passionate evening

After the outdoor expansion activity, it was already evening and everyone was already hungry. So we lit the fire together, laid the tablecloth, and entered a happy self-service barbecue time. Enjoying the cool and joyful barbecue together, savoring the light and salty taste with accompanying wine. Enjoying the pleasure of delicious food, admiring the sunset and sunset, accompanied by the blooming fireworks and wonderful singing, it was so joyful that everyone's faces were filled with satisfied smiles!

When people are together, it's called a gathering; when hearts are together, it's called a team. One person can walk very fast, only a group of people can go further!

The purpose of this Navtimes team building activity is to allow employees to release work pressure, enjoy the fun of life, relax their body and mind, and uplift their spirits during team building.
